The report suggests December month patch will also fix the Krack vulnerability related to wifi. The Pixel range devices are receiving the update in same software version OPM1.171019.011. Once installed the android security patch level of these devices will be updated to 2017-12-01.

Verizon will send out this software update through regular OTA in phases. So any time this security update may hit your handsets. Before checking or downloading the update, try to charge the battery level above 50 percent.
