Alcatel Idol 4 for Cricket Wireless releasing on August 5

Cricket Wireless has unveiled the launch of Alcatel Idol 4 mobile for U.S. This handset was announced by Alcatel on February 2016 at MWC event. The carrier will release this handset on August 5 without any contract plans. Additionally they will offer a free VR goggles along with this smartphone. To get this offer you need to wait until August 5. The price of idol 4 at cricket wireless is $199.99 (including activation).

The idol 4 has 5.2-inch Full HD (1080p) display, android 6.0 marshmallow os, octa core processor and qualcomm snapdragon chipset. It preloaded with 16GB of internal memory and expandable microSD slot. They didn’t specify the RAM memory but it may come with 3GB RAM. It sports 13MP back camera and 8MP selfie camera. The camera includes PDAF sensor, EIS sensor, 360 degree images, slow motion video and more features. It also feature dual speakers powered by waves technology and smart PA amplifier. It equipped with 2610 mAh battery which support quick charging technology.
